alas, its friday (again) !!

I haven’t been writing, well, I have been, but its all coming across as rather depressing because I’m sort of hugely stressed out…so rather than share it with everyone and depress the living daylights out of you, I’m taking a little break. I have been taking pictures though, LOTS of them and they’ll be over at Courie Takes a Picture. (Maybe later tonight, depends on how much work I get done.) In the mean time, please enjoy:

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to teeheehee, tomorrow my plans include cleaning/packing and a bachelorette party and Sunday, I want to rest!

(I don’t have a pictures to use for Sue or Panda, but Sue’s little monster is so adorable. Panda’s Peanut is just a doll and JZ’s Angel Abby is just precious! I can’t wait to meet them!)

There’s been a lot of talk of Karma in bloggie land. There have been lessons about it, speaking of Karma biting you in the ass, and a prime example of Karma being the b*tch that we all know she can be. (That’s just in the blogs I read daily! I can only imagine what else is being written…)

Makes me wonder.

I have to wonder if some of the things going on in my life are Karma paying me back for something I did in the past (although one would think I’ve been paid back already for those indiscretions, incidents of poor judgment, and just plain old mistakes), if its all preparation for something amazing (because I really believe you can’t understand how good something is without knowing/ experiencing the bad), or if its just all part of Life and growing up.

i try to be a good person, do nice things for people and help out where I can.  I don’t do this for the potential Karma payoff.  No, I do this because it makes me feel good to be able to help and give back just a little where others have helped me in the past.  So maybe I’m still working off some good Karma I’ve received? I don’t know.

I can say though, I feel like I’ve been crapped on quite a bit lately. Between some guys, some friends, and some other stuff its been a rough few weeks. I don’t want to be a Negative Nelly - because I really do count my blessings every day (wonderful friends, a job I like most days, and an amazing family) and am thankful for every new day I’m given - but in those moments of rare downtime, I do think about stuff like this and wonder.

I think its time for a dance party to cheer me up. I hope a good song comes on!

I’m so touched. (And no, not in THAT kind of way although that’d be nice…) I’m touched in that make your heart warm and fuzzy kind of way!

Starting last night continuing on today (and hopefully later still), I’ve been receiving visits and comments from people who are stopping by to say hello from Michele. She’s so sweet, I’ve written of her before with her social networking meets blogging and all the fun that it entails. (And you KNOW how much I LOVE social networking!) Well, she picked me as her “New Site of the Day” and has some nice things to say about my blog.
